ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Technical Operations Coordinator who is hands-on, highly reliable, detail-oriented, and energized by operational problem-solving. The ideal candidate thrives in mixed AV/IT environments and enjoys being the on-site point person who ensures all venue systems run smoothly—whether for daily operations or during high-stakes live events.
You are a strong troubleshooter who can independently diagnose issues across Wi-Fi/networking, access control, CCTV, AV/streaming, POS/printers, and digital signage. You are comfortable owning a helpdesk queue, managing SLAs, coordinating vendors, and maintaining documentation with rigor. You enjoy working closely with site and events staff to deliver seamless experiences for members and guests.
