Overview of Role

We are looking for a Technical Instructional Designer with 4–6 years of experience to join our Global Learning & Development team. This role will focus on translating complex technical concepts into structured learning experiences that support engineering and technology teams across the organization.You will work closely with subject matter experts, practice leaders, and global stakeholders to design learning programs, build curriculum, and manage learning delivery through our LMS.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building learning programs from scratch, working with technical teams, and shaping how learning happens in a fast evolving technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop technical learning programs including modules, assessments, learning aids,and structured learning paths.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences.
  • Create storyboards, microlearning modules, video scripts, and scenario based learning content.
  • Develop high quality instructional materials including job aids, documentation, and training plans.
  • Manage and administer learning programs within the LMS, ensuring content is structured and
    Accessible.
  • Use learning design tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms to build 
    interactive content.
  • Track engagement metrics, maintain learning dashboards, and support reporting to improve
    learning effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with global L&D teams to improve learning templates, pathways, and program delivery.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Technical Training environments.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design principles and learning methodologies (ADDIE or similar frameworks).
  • Proven ability to develop high quality learning content, including modules, assessments, and instructional documentation.
  • Hands on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience with Docebo is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with learning tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar e learning platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross functional teams to design learning programs.
  • Exposure to technical learning environments (cloud, AI, software engineering, or technical training)is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in global or cross regional teams is a plus.
