About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Enablement Specialist to build world-class learning experiences around the Stack Components on Shakudo’s AI-powered data and ML platform. As a part of the Stack team at Shakudo, you will be responsible for translating complex data/ML infrastructure concepts, integrations and usability into clear, engaging, and actionable enablement content for internal teams, customers, and prospects.

This role sits at the intersection of technical enablement, product understanding, customer education, and sales engineering, and is critical to scaling the adoption of Shakudo’s Stack Components (200+ components including data pipelines, vector databases, ML platforms, orchestration tools, LLM infrastructure, and more).

You will work closely with engineering, product, solutions, and sales teams to craft repeatable learning experiences that deepen technical understanding, accelerate customer onboarding, and showcase powerful real-world use cases that help customers realize value faster.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Technical Enablement (Engineering & Field Teams)
Develop clear, technically accurate content that helps internal engineers understand Shakudo integrations, workflows, data flows, and ML/AI components.
Build internal enablement materials such as runbooks, deep-dive guides, platform walkthroughs, and use-case demos.
Support engineering teams with documentation, training sessions, and structured knowledge transfer on new integrations or platform updates.

Customer Enablement & Training
- Deliver live virtual (and occasional in-person) technical training sessions for customers.
- Create onboarding paths, step-by-step tutorials, troubleshooting guides, and best-practice recommendations that help customers adopt Shakudo quickly and effectively.
- Respond to customer technical questions during training, helping them understand workflows, integrations, and platform behavior.

Product & Sales Enablement (Use Case Creation)
- Work closely with Sales and Solutions Engineering to design use-case-driven demos and reference architectures that clearly showcase Shakudo’s value.
- Develop example workflows, quickstart templates, and sample pipelines using Shakudo’s integrations to help accelerate the sales cycle.
- Identify common customer scenarios and convert them into reusable training assets or feature explainer content.

Content Development & Knowledge Infrastructure
Create structured, engaging instructional content including:
- architecture diagrams
- conceptual explainers
- annotated workflows
- video explainers
- interactive guides
- integration-specific playbooks
- Maintain content quality, accuracy, and freshness as integrations evolve.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure enablement content reflects the most current platform capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to align training with product readiness.
Participate in beta tests, internal technical reviews, and release cycles to anticipate training needs.
Relay customer learning insights back to product and engineering to influence roadmap decisions.

Support Global Delivery Rhythm
Work with partial PST overlap for collaboration with the US team.
Deliver customer sessions scheduled for North American time zones when required.
