The Role
As a Technical Delivery Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end technology execution across complex environments. You’ll act as a single point of technical enablement, coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure environments are ready, code is release-ready, defects are resolved efficiently, and delivery milestones are met. This role blends hands-on technical understanding with strong project execution and coordination skills, supporting high-impact outcomes for our clients.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate cross-functional technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across environments, code, and releases
Own technical readiness across the delivery lifecycle, including environment setup, deployment planning, and release management
Drive defect triage and resolution, working closely with engineering, QA, and platform teams
Act as a central point of technical enablement, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivery streams
Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, supporting predictable and high-quality execution
What We’re Looking For
Experience leading or coordinating technical delivery across complex, multi-team environments
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, release management, and environment readiness
Ability to translate technical detail into clear delivery plans and outcomes
Experience working with engineers, testers, and infrastructure teams to resolve delivery challenges
Clear, inclusive communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Bonus Points For
Experience in financial services or other regulated environments
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-based platforms
Exposure to agile delivery frameworks and cross-functional program execution
Experience acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
