Purpose-led work you’ll be part of
Join PwC’s Data & AI Consulting team as a Senior Associate AI Engineer, where you’ll design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent-based solutions that support meaningful change across diverse client accounts and projects.
In this role, you’ll work closely with diverse cross-functional teams to build automation capabilities, enhance conversational experiences, and enable autonomous decision-making systems for clients. You’ll apply cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex challenges, contributing to the delivery of innovative, data-driven solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:
Design and implement agentic AI architectures using cloud technologies like AWS or GCP, open-source and third-party platforms (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, Rasa, etc.)
Develop and integrate autonomous agents for task execution, decision-making, and multi-step workflows
Build and optimize conversational AI systems including chatbots, voice assistants, and virtual agents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions
Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and responsible deployment of agentic systems
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance solution capabilities
As a AI Engineer in PwC, you will be expected to also:
Demonstrate thought leadership in agentic AI and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Stay current with advancements in LLMs, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration tools
Participate in client workshops and technical discussions to shape solution strategy
Contribute to reusable components, accelerators, and best practices for agentic AI
Support proposal development with technical insights and solutioning
Background and Experience / Skills
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AI and machine learning, with a passion for solving complex business challenges through data-driven innovation.
3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles
Strong proficiency in programming in Python, Spark, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning tools.
Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or generative AI use cases is a plus.
Experience using Generative AI models and frameworks e.g OpenAI, open source LLMs, Langchain, Hugging Face Transformers, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent coordination
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, data engineering, and model operationalization.
Mentor and support others development,
effectively communicate, manage client expectations, collaborate on successful project outcomes, working to clear deliverables.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
Applying machine-learning statistical analysis and other advanced analytics techniques to key business issues faced by our clients that can transform and improve their entire organisation.
