Technical Customer Service Planner with Spanish

Technical Customer Service Planner creates service orders, plans, schedules and coordinates field service operations at customer sites. The overall purpose of this role is to enhance the customer experience, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's overall success by ensuring smooth and effective service planning and maintaining high standards of service delivery
 
Key accountabilities:

  • Planning and dispatching emergency services in Salesforce Service cloud.
  • Manual planning and dispatching for same day services.
  • Massload of equipment records.
  • Creating service orders in SAP from installations request forms or SmartStart tool
  • Planning and dispatching installations in Salesforce service cloud.
  • Creating service orders in SAP from scheduled maintenance matrix provided by countries.
  • Planning and dispatching maintenance services in Salesforce service cloud
  • Communication with country TCS business partner
  • Communication with local teams and contact persons for planning activities, eg technicians
  • Providing agreed service level reports
  • Refeeding service information to agreed customer portals

 
Experience:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer Skills with accurate keyboarding skills. Experienced in using MS Word, Excel, Internet applications including email, ERP systems (SAP/Salesforce)
  • Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled in own work area
