Salary range (but not limited to):

59,300 - 72,500

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

7.5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant, Human Resources to join the HR Service Center team.

We are a dynamic team of professionals with solid HR expertise, dedicated and trained to answer questions from our employees and managers. We are currently seeking a Technical Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing innovative and high-quality solutions. What you’ll do here:

  • Analyze and respond to employees’ inquiries via phone or email based on HR best practices and using our documented knowledge base 

  • Log all calls in order to document the steps leading to the resolution  

  • Collaborate with different teams in order to find solutions to different requests 

  • Remain up to date on corporate and departmental policies, procedures, quality service standards and ongoing departmental projects 

  • Participate in maintaining the knowledge base up to date to ensure consistent and accurate responses and recommends updates and improvements 

  • Participate in different projects 

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or in the process of obtaining soon) or any relevant field

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Demonstrates a strong spirit of collaboration and provides excellent customer service

  • Positive attitude, autonomy and sense of ethic

  • Bilingualism in English and French is required. Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
