About the role

If you’re passionate about turning complex systems into simple, effective solutions, this is your chance to make a real impact. As a Technical Business Analyst specialising in Oracle, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our technology supports the business—from finance and supply chain to team operations and customer experience.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team that’s focused on delivering practical outcomes. Whether it’s improving processes, solving tricky problems or helping others grow, you’ll be trusted to lead the way.

A million ways to make an impact. That’s what you’ll find here. We back each other, share knowledge freely and celebrate wins together. And we’re always inspiring you to give it a red hot go - because growth happens when you’re supported to take the lead.

What’s involved

This role gives you the chance to:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Lead the analysis and documentation of Oracle-related systems and processes, helping shape solutions that work in the real world.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners and SMEs to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
  • Support testing and QA by providing clarity and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies and help drive continuous improvement across the team.
  • Share your knowledge and mentor other analysts, helping build capability across the function.

About You

You thrive on solving challenges and collaborating to improve processes. Curious and practical, you turn business needs into scalable, effective solutions with confidence.

You’ll be part of a team that values openness, teamwork and innovation. We work hands-on, support each other and learn together. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships across business and technical teams, and stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple priorities. You enjoy mentoring others and approach every task with a positive, proactive mindset.

What you'll need

To hit the ground running, you’ll bring:

  • Solid experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally with Oracle systems. Oracle EBS is preferred and experience with Oracle APEX would be a plus.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement and documentation.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working and tools like JIRA, Confluence and Miro.
  • A good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and QA processes.
  • Experience working with SQL and databases.
  • Confidence working across multiple projects and teams.
  • Any relevant certifications are a bonus, but not essential.

Your next chapter starts here - apply now and help us make it happen.

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
