The Search team of dentsu is looking for a new technical SEO specialist with an affinity for smart AI implementations. A pioneer who dares to innovate, experiment and helps in building smart solutions for the team and for clients. We work for big (inter)national brands such as KLM, Danone, MediaMarkt and GAMMA. Our goal is to improve their business performance by delivering top-notch SEO strategies and execution.
We are looking for someone with experience in the SEO field, specifically with a technical background, to take our technical deliverables but also our very own SEO tools to the next level. You will be part of a young, ambitious, and talented team of 14 SEO specialists.
The role
Your role will focus on enhancing the organic performance of our clients by conducting technical audits of their websites and applications, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with developers to implement these enhancements.
Next to that, you will play a key role in further developing our proprietary SEO tool, iScraper. This all-in-one solution is designed to automate various aspects of our SEO processes, from rank tracking to forecasting, and is evolving to address a wide range of business challenges. Working closely with our development team in agile sprints, you will help release new features and improve the user interface, paving the way for us to market and sell the tool.
What are you going to do?
Create full blown (AI) SEO strategies;
Perform technical audits on all aspects of SEO: Crawling and indexation, pagespeed, core web vitals, structured data and server log analysis;
Identify opportunities where AI can enhance SEO processes;
Spotting new opportunities for our clients;
Presenting findings to our clients;
Setting KPIs and measuring success through analytics;
Sharing knowledge internally and externally;
Innovating our (technical) deliverables;
Work as a product owner for developing iScraper (our own SEO tool);
Educate our junior team members;
You’re comfortable working as a bridge between SEO and tech innovation.
Who are you?
You are passionate about SEO;

You are proficient in English;
You are a good project manager that meets deadlines in time;
You are curious, ambitious, and eager to learn;
You have ~ 2-3 years of experience;
You’re comfortable working as a bridge between SEO and tech innovation.
