Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager you will play a critical role in enhancing client experiences and enabling global growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall technical support services to clients in accordance with the Support and Maintenance Agreement.
  • Collaborate closely with product engineering and project management teams, acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams to proactively manage expectations.
  • Own and coordinate client incidents, ensuring they are monitored, regularly updated, and resolved within agreed response and resolution times.
  • Take accountability for client SLAs and deliver internal and external KPI reporting.
  • Contribute to the Client Success strategy to drive growth and enhance support satisfaction, in a hands-on role requiring strong technical understanding of Nasdaq products and technology.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in engineering, product management, quality assurance, or similar roles.
  • Strong client orientation with excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solution-oriented and customer-focused, with an understanding of engineering and quality assurance.
  • Solid technical background, including enterprise software implementation experience and good Unix/Linux and cloud knowledge, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Good understanding of capital markets and financial systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a technology-driven or fintech environment.
  • Data-driven communication skills and the ability to present to diverse audiences.

This position is located in Stockholm, Sweden, and offers a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days per week in the office.
