WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Own and/or support end-to-end recruitment cycle for engineering roles (backend, SRE, mobile, web) - sourcing and candidate attraction, interviewing, coordination and offer management
  • Be a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers and hiring panels, providing advice, guidance and coaching whenever necessary 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data hygiene using our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Collaborate with People Partners, People Operations and Hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding process for new hires 
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition and People&Culture projects and initiatives as part of our quarterly roadmaps

 

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proven record in managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle for multiple open positions at a time 
  • Advanced awareness and understanding of sourcing and candidate attraction techniques, experience in talent mapping hard to fill roles
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen - you can speak "tech" in and out
  • Strong organisational and time management skills 
  • Proficiency in working with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools, and prioritising a healthy data hygiene 
  • Interest or previous experience in project management alongside day-to-day recruitment tasks (e.g. employer branding, candidate experience) 
  • Can-do mentality and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
