What’s the role all about?

NiCE Actimize is currently seeking a Business Analyst Manager to join our Professional Services team at the Global Talent Center in Pune, India. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in implementing complex on-premise and hosted SaaS Actimize solutions. You’ll lead a high-performing team of business analysts delivering compliance, risk management, and financial crime solutions to Financial Institution (FI) clients.

You are someone who thrives in a consulting environment, brings strong business acumen, and excels at translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes. If you have hands-on experience in the BFSI sector, particularly in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud Prevention, and are passionate about building and mentoring teams—this is the opportunity for you.

How will you make an impact?

You’ll lead a team of talented and motivated business analysts, collaborating with architects, SMEs, R&D, Product Managers, and third-party vendors to deliver Actimize solutions that help banks meet regulatory needs in AML, financial compliance, and payment fraud.

  • Manage delivery of releases by tracking work, dependencies, and risks
  • Ensure quality through best practices and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and support career growth of team members
  • Own team chargeability and resource planning
  • Act as SME for AML/Fraud and point of contact for the team
  • Lead recruitment and hiring activities
  • Collaborate across R&D, implementation, and support teams
  • Conduct regular performance management and feedback sessions
  • Define functional and non-functional product requirements
  • Interface with customers to understand data needs and support implementations
  • Facilitate communication across product and engineering teams
  • Prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria
  • Conduct internal demos and support stakeholder presentations
  • Recommend product features and enhancements

 

Have you got what it takes?

  • 14+ years in software development/professional services in compliance domain
  • 3+ years managing high-performing BA teams in BFSI product/service environments
  • Experience with onsite/offshore delivery models
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Expertise in scalable, high-performance systems
  • Skilled in writing business use cases, scenarios, and test cases
  • Ability to multitask and understand technical solutions
  • Quick learner with regulatory domain adaptability
  • Strong analytical and modeling capabilities
  • Experience in data transformation and integration
  • Proficient in SQL and banking data interfaces
  • Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid methodologies
  • Tools: MS Teams, JIRA, AHA, Excel, Access, Visio
