Raytheon is seeking a Logistics Technician. This role supports inventory operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials while keeping accurate records. It includes kitting parts for assembly, performing cycle counts, and completing routine data entry. The position also assists with audits, prepares inventory data, and works with internal teams to ensure smooth material flow.

What You Will Do

  • Receives, checks, stores, issues and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control.

  • Kitting of required parts for program assembly use. Complete inventory/cycle counting.

  • May support department/functional audits; Will support and provide data for various inventory reports.

  • Uses assistance and/or powered mechanical means (not to include forklifts or high bay vehicles) to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material.

  • Proficiently uses computer hardware/software.

  • Maintains contact with personnel from various customers and supports areas to ensure accuracy of material/process

  • Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean.

  • Receiving of parts/inventory into system; including data entry and proper shelving of material.

  • Retrieve and fill requests of customers, Will perform various types of data entry transactions.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

  •  Support additional material areas as required 

  •  Lift 15 lbs unassisted; use equipment for heavier loads 

  •  Perform climbing, bending, stretching, and reaching tasks 

  •  Experience with working in an ESD‑controlled environment 

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a government US Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Ability to apply for and receive a DoD Security Clearance,

  • Prior Stockroom Experience preferred, Proficient in MS office skills / general computer skills and/or data entry

  • SAP experience, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, Functional/Technical Skills, Problem Solving

  • Basic math skills; counting and accuracy

  • Good customer service/communication skills customer service/communication skills

  • Ability to quickly learn computer software programs and input accurate transactions

  • Ability to read and understand operating instructions and department schedules

  • Strong communication skills; Strong work ethic and multi-tasking skills

  • Experience working as a DoD government contractor, ITAR experience

  • Experience maintaining equipment/records

The salary range for this role is 41,400 USD - 72,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
