Job Summary

As a Frontend Lead Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the full development lifecycle, translating product requirements into high-quality technical solutions with a specific focus on frontend implementation. You will lead the frontend development efforts, guiding the team in building new features and maintaining existing applications running on AWS, ensuring seamless delivery from coding through testing within an Agile framework. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a key contributor in customer interactions, actively participating in technical discussions, demonstrations, and reviews to align our engineering output with business needs and provide technical guidance to the team.

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Digest requirements from the product team and specify the implementation of new features from the frontend perspective;
• Implement the designed solution from coding to testing;
• Follow Agile processes and participate actively in all development phases;
• Development of new features;
• Maintenance of existing applications;
• Participate in the complete cycle of development from requirements gathering, development, and testing;
• Participate in technical discussions, demonstrations, and reviews with the customer.

 

 

Essential Skills

• Solid Experience with Javascript;
• Frameworks: ReactJS;
• Experience with Micro Frontends;
• Redux and/or Mobx;
• Experience with REST APIs;
• Solid experience with HTML5/CSS3;
• Solid experience with Git/SVN.

 

 

Highly Desirable Skills

• Cloud knowledge (AWS);
• Knowledge of CSS Pre-Processors (SASS, LESS);
• Knowledge of testing (Unit Test, Feature Test, Integration);
• Experience with Restful services;
• Experience with unit testing (Jest and React Testing Library);
• Experience with MVVM pattern and Unidirectional Redux pattern.
