Job Description

We’re seeking a Developer and Security Code Remediation Engineer with strong development experience and deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. In this role, you will review and validate code fixes, assess false positives, and evaluate design controls to ensure secure, high-quality applications. Recommendations on how to remediate security gaps exposed as part of the evaluation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and remediate code vulnerabilities, especially OWASP Top 10 issues.
• Partner with development teams to validate vulnerability fixes.
• Independently - Review security findings, determine false positives, and decide appropriate action.
• Evaluate design controls within the codebase and determine risk acceptability.
• Provide guidance on secure coding and best practices.
• Intake resolved tickets for code security flaws and action.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar).
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and remediation techniques.
• Ability to interpret vulnerability reports and make risk‑based decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Service Management – ServiceNow ticketing process

Preferred Qualification

• Thought-leadership recognition in the field of information security technology.
• Experience with SAST/DAST tools.
• Knowledge of secure design principles or threat modeling.

In-Office Collaboration

Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week.
