Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on factory machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out timely repairs.
- Assist in the installation, relocation, or dismantling of industrial machines and systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities or potential failures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of prior experience in industrial or factory maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge about PLC ( Siemens, Schneider, selectron, Omron, Mitsubhishi,etc) ,
- Basic knowledge about working methods Hydraulics & Pneumatics cylinder valve operations
