Supergoop! is seeking a dynamic Director of Public Relations and Corporate Communications to lead our press strategy and elevate our brand’s presence across top-tier, digital, and emerging media as well as establishing Supergoop!’s corporate communication strategy to build trust and transparency and manage reputational risk and stakeholder relations. This role will report to our CMO and is responsible for shaping how the brand shows up in the press—driving consistent, compelling storytelling that builds credibility, cultural relevance, and long-term brand equity. The ideal candidate is a press-first PR leader with deep media relationships, strong editorial instincts, and experience stewarding a modern, high growth beauty brand through both proactive storytelling and reactive moments.

Annual Salary Range: $120k - $150k/year + 12% bonus potential
