Small Business Banking is part of CBA Business Banking and offers face-to-face and remote support to small businesses across Australia. We pride ourselves on building strong community connections, delivering compelling propositions, and executing with excellence.

Do work that matters

As Team Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team of credit and fulfilment analysts supporting Small Business Banking customers with lending needs up to $1.25M. Your leadership will enhance capabilities and build a culture of excellence across the QLD business.

More specifically, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of credit and fulfilment analysts to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and the business.

  • Drive a customer-centric culture, ensuring responsive and professional service.

  • Build strong relationships with peers, business partners, and stakeholders.

  • Embed strong risk management practices and maintain a culture of accountability.

  • Champion continuous improvement and productivity across your team.

  • Facilitate ongoing development of credit, risk, technical, and leadership capabilities.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational and credit risks.

  • Business Banking experience and understanding of lending practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, engage, and develop a team.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Proven relationship-building skills and collaborative approach.

  • Solid knowledge of banking products and services, with strong commercial and risk acumen.
