The Team Leader shall serve as the primary point of accountability for the entire Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Management Unit (PMU) engagement under CITIIS 2.0 for Gujarat. He/she shall function as the independent technical reviewer and principal advisor to GUDM, overseeing technical quality, policy alignment, and timely delivery of all outputs. The Team Leader shall coordinate between GUDM, the State Climate Centre for Cities (S-C3), all participating Municipal Corporations, NIUA/CITIIS PMU, and other relevant state and national stakeholders.
