What you will do in this role 

As a Team Leader, you will: 

  • Provide daily supervision to a group of customer engagement advisors. 

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, committed to ensuring game-changers are fulfilling their roles effectively 

  • Effectively provide regular performance coaching sessions, team meetings and team engagement activities. 

  • Utilise team strengths and mentor game-changers to achieve Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’). 

  • Ensure game-changer compliance of Concentrix internal policies and procedures. 

  • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed. 

  • Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients. 

 

Your qualifications  

Concentrix is a great match if you: 

  • Completed the Aspire to Be program 

  • Evidence of Matric/Grade 12 completion 

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or within a supervisory role is advantageous 

  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Work well under pressure 

  • Are confident mentoring, coaching and providing development to game-changers 

  • Are a highly motivated individual, who strives to achieve performance expectations 

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
