As a Team Lead on the Neighborly Franchise Development Team, a typical day for you will include:
- Continue to produce active sales as a senior level Franchise Developer.
- Coaching and mentoring team on a daily basis (i.e. listening to phone calls, helping close sales).
- Manage team member goals to achieve brand new sale units, and work alongside VP/SVP to contribute to EBITDA and revenue goals.
- Hold team members accountable to brand daily metrics and milestones.
- •Make calls to candidates for Franchise Developers.
- Apply workable systems to be a resource and a student of internal and external capabilities.
- Function as a member of our training team, teaching classes to internal team members and external candidates.
- Host candidates/clients for dinners and other similar formal or informal meetings.
- Travel to brand headquarters, trade/broker shows, and other assignments (up to 50% of the time)

(Required qualifications)
Experience:
- Five (5) or more years related experience in sales and/or training; experience managing others is preferred but may not be required
Skills:
- Communicate clearly and precisely in verbal and written forms to subordinates and prospective candidates.
- Good phone skills.
- Extroverted personality and the ability to work in a sales environment. Strong self-image and very positive attitude.
- Personality and behavioral characteristics that provide for an even-handed approach to problem resolution.
- Desire and ability to organize the basic elements of projects and direct their overall successful execution.
- Ability to follow a prescribed selling system
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM local time zone
