The Business Capital Markets Solutions Department delivers innovative and modern solutions to support the growth and development of the Business Services sector’s capital markets business line. Our mandate is to promote projects, ensure the sound governance of applications and help envision how medium- and long-term solutions will develop to support and comply with business architecture targets, while ensuring consistency with the sector’s growth and efficiency plan. As Team Leader, Business Capital Markets Solutions, your role is to assist the manager by supporting a team of specialists composed of business analysts and product owners. You have functional authority over the team and manage individual performance. You help make recommendations on the development and execution of projects and initiatives with a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity. You use your analytical skills and comprehensive, in-depth understanding of your line of business and the organization. You interact with a very large number of key partners working in a wide range of fields where communication is essential for success. You lead and influence the execution and governance team. More specifically, you will be required to:
Identify, develop and recommend directions to accelerate the delivery of business value.
Help determine the unit’s service offer and oversee the implementation and execution of projects and activities.
Ensure the right conditions are in place to start and deliver our modernization projects.
Meet targets on time and on budget and manage results, performance, quality and client/partner satisfaction.
Manage relationships with different collaborators and contributors.
Provide inspiration and expert leadership to our talent and the business line.
Create team engagement. Maintain close relationships with your team and provide continuous feedback.
Develop employees’ talents. Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members.
Participate in hiring, performance management, discipline, and skills development.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Significant experience in planning, delivering and operationalizing IT solutions projects
Experience in team management, coordination or supervision
Experience working in a complex environment involving multiple Business and IT contributors
Knowledge of French is required
Understanding of agile values and principles
Extensive knowledge of the capital markets sector and financial products
Expertise in end-to-end business and technology solutions management (front office, middle office and back office)
