The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Global Growth and Impact Analyst to serve as a critical connector across the Global FDE Growth and Impact team. This is a multi-functional role designed to provide support across all functions of the team, including the Global OU Program Manager role, Enablement and Onboarding programs, partnership initiatives, delivery excellence, skill readiness, and community support.
This role is a versatile, high-impact contributor — someone who thrives on variety and can flex across priorities to support programs, partner initiatives, and leadership deliverables. From assisting during FDE bootcamps to supporting partner enablement pilots, preparing executive decks, or helping coordinate enablement launches, this role ensures the team moves fast and executes with excellence.
The Analyst works across functions — partnering with the FDE Learning Lead, Enablement Operations, Partner Enablement, and Global OU PM — to anticipate needs, close gaps, and help drive outcomes across multiple initiatives.
Program & Project Support
Provide agile support across programs such as FDE onboarding (R6), partner enablement, quarterly refresh sessions, and all other Global Growth and Impact initiatives.
Step in as additional coordination support during high-priority events or launches (e.g., bootcamps, leadership offsites, enablement rollouts).
Manage and maintain shared project trackers, readiness documents, and resource libraries.
Leadership Characteristics:
Flexible: Adapts easily to shifting needs, priorities, and workstreams.
Collaborative: Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively across teams.
Organized: Brings structure to ambiguity and keeps projects moving forward.
Proactive: Sees needs before they’re asked and takes action to close gaps.
Reliable: Delivers consistently high-quality work, even under pressure.
Communications & Deck Support
Assist with executive deck creation, program updates, and internal storytelling for enablement milestones.
Gather and organize data, metrics, and visuals to support leadership reporting and presentations.
Draft and refine communications (emails, Slack posts, meeting summaries) to keep stakeholders aligned.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as a liaison between FDE Enablement, Talent Development, Product Marketing, Partner Enablement, and other Global Growth and Impact stakeholders.
Support special projects and pilots as needed — from content curation to event logistics to program reporting.
Partner with Enablement Operations and Learning Leads to ensure consistency in processes, tools, and experiences.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve program efficiency, and enhance team collaboration.
Contribute to shared templates, best practices, and playbooks.
Support onboarding and readiness for new team members or facilitators.
Required Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in Enablement, Learning, Program Coordination, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to pivot quickly between tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Slack, Google Suite, Tableau).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce polished deliverables under tight timelines.
A self-starter mindset — eager to jump in where needed and take ownership of outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting technical or consulting enablement programs.
Familiarity with Salesforce products, Trailhead, or enterprise learning platforms.
Skilled in PowerPoint or Google Slides with an eye for storytelling and visual communication.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with shifting priorities.
