Forcepoint is redefining how organizations secure data in a world where it moves everywhere. As part of that mission, we are building a next generation Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) platform—and we’re looking for an exceptional Team Lead, QA Manager to lead quality assurance. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of a platform that protects sensitive data across modern cloud and enterprise environments.
You will define and execute the QA strategy, lead and mentor QA engineers, and partner closely with Engineering to deliver high‑quality, secure releases. The ideal candidate is passionate about the future of software development—embracing automation, AI‑powered testing tools, and modern DevSecOps practices to raise the bar on quality while accelerating delivery.
What You’ll Lead and Deliver
Execute the QA strategy for the DSPM product, ensuring high quality across data discovery, classification, access analysis, risk detection, and remediation workflows.
Establish and evolve standards for test automation, release readiness, defect management, and quality metrics, aligned with modern engineering practices.
Partner closely with Engineering to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Champion secure‑by‑design and privacy‑aware testing practices, including validation of data handling, access controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
Drive the adoption of AI‑enabled QA and test automation tools to improve coverage, reduce manual effort, and increase development velocity.
Provide clear, risk‑based quality assessments and go/no‑go recommendations for releases.
Improve test environments, data strategies, observability, and tooling to support scalable, reliable testing.
Shape a culture where quality is a shared responsibility and innovation is encouraged across globally distributed teams.
Lead and mentor a high‑performing QA team in Poland, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in software QA, with 2+ years in a QA leadership or management role.
Proven experience testing complex, cloud‑native or SaaS platforms (microservices, APIs, data‑intensive systems).
Strong background in test automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Solid understanding of modern engineering QA practices.
Experience working with or alongside cybersecurity, data security, or privacy‑focused products.
Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams and influence cross‑functional partners.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present quality risks and outcomes to engineering leadership.
A mindset that thrives in fast‑moving, execution‑focused, innovative environments.
Strong Plus
Experience with DSPM, cloud security, data protection, or compliance‑driven systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and diverse data stores.
Hands‑on experience using AI to improve testing, automation, or development workflows.
