The Team Lead Post Assessment & Certification role coordinates a team of certification decision makers and Technical Reviewers within the Healthcare Regulatory Services. The role is responsible for coordinating to review the assessment reports of the clients’ on-site assessments, technical file assessments, design examinations, and all types of follow-up and special assessments, for completeness, plausibility and technical aspects. Objective of the post assessment team is the transparent finalization of certification projects including the reporting of certification decisions to the relevant databases and authorities as well as issuance of certificates after positive certification decision.
These are your duties:
To coordinate and ensures competent and impartial certification decision making for each project to meet the customer expectation within prescribed time frame, funding parameters and regulatory requirements. Activities include, but are not limited to, formal check of completeness and plausibility of reports provided by assessors, impartial and profound technical and clinical review of assessment reports by qualified and authorized personnel within Healthcare Regulatory Services; CSA Group's capability to perform the technical and clinical review and certification decision making within the designated and/or accredited scopes; contribute to KPI evaluation of Post Assessment & Certification Decision Making; identify and sample cases for internal review; coordinate qualification and assignment of Technical Reviewers and Certification Decision Makers
To coordinate communication and cooperation between CSA Global Customer Care and HTC, as required, to accomplish project objectives. Responds to customer requests on preformed assessments and related technical and regulatory requirements
To coordinate and support technical evaluation of applications including feedback to the client on completeness and plausibility of applications
To represent CSA Group by actively participating in congresses as speaker in regards of technical/clinical subjects
To support the Manager Healthcare Regulatory Services as well as the Program Managers in establishing and implementing the operation procedures towards certification decision making, reporting to authorities, certificate issuance as well as in demonstrating to the relevant authorities that appropriate procedures and protocols are in place and effective
