Responsible for leading and coordinating a team of IT professionals, overseeing projects and operational day-by-day tasks. Ensures systems efficiency, resource allocation and promote collaboration within the team. Offer technical expertise and act as a role model by delivering value for clients, developing teams and talent, and working collaboratively across the Bank.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team focused on applications and service monitoring around AML Solution, Strategic Trade Surveillance Solution and Identiy and Access Management
