The role involves managing databases, financial administration, and coordinating travel arrangements to keep processes smooth and compliant. This position works closely with brokers, analysts, corporate services, finance, and external suppliers, and should be able to work standard Melbourne, Australia business hours.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Maintain and update client enquiry and property transaction databases for accuracy and reporting.

  • Process supplier invoices, employee expenses, and purchase orders in line with company procedures.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring timely approvals and documentation.

  • Support brokers, analysts, and service line teams with operational and administrative tasks.

  • Liaise with corporate services, finance teams, and external suppliers to ensure efficient operations.

About You:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Excel and financial administration tasks (invoicing, expenses, purchase orders).

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and external partners, aligned to AU Melbourne standard hours.
