The TD Team Member plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our case evaluation process. This position is responsible for reviewing cases recommended for turn-down by attorneys and case staff, ensuring decisions are well-founded, thoroughly documented, and consistent with firm standards. Beyond case review, the TD Team assesses client interactions throughout the case lifecycle to confirm that every touchpoint reflects our values of professionalism, empathy, and excellence.
This role demands exceptional analytical ability, sound judgment, and independence, along with a solid understanding of personal injury and premises liability law.
Strong knowledge of personal injury and premises liability case types.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to assess facts objectively and identify overlooked liability angles.
High attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a steady review workload.
