Success in the role means providing structure and clarity in complex situations, enabling alignment around well designed solutions, and ensuring that TBM designs deliver measurable improvements in business performance and customer experience.

Key deliverables include a documented TBM playbook and operating model framework (principles, standards, decision logic, and market replication approach), built upon Chile learnings, with clear, tangible outputs that capture the design, rationale, and implementation guidance for scale.

  • Drive formal stakeholder endorsement of TBM updates and design decisions.
  • Preserve and institutionalise TBM knowledge, design rationale, and decision history, ensuring continuity beyond individual roles and preventing re‑design or fragmentation.

2. TBM Design, Gap Analysis & Decision Logic

  • Define and apply clear decision frameworks (e.g. standardisation vs localisation, interim vs target, speed vs robustness) to accelerate alignment and reduce rework.
  • Surface and resolve trade-offs, constraints, and dependencies proactively, supporting leaders in making timely, informed decisions.

3. Transition, Readiness & Adoption

  • Co-lead TBM-level transition planning, including readiness criteria, exit conditions, and transition to BAU, in close collaboration with the Change lead.
  • Partner with the Change teams to ensure TBM designs are operationally viable, adopted by the business, and stabilised post-implementation.

4. Transformation Delivery & Results Focus

  • Create a strong sense of urgency and accountability, sustaining momentum across complex, multi-workstream environments.
  • Support program governance, progress tracking, risk management, and issue resolution related to the TBM.

  • Demonstrated ability to work across regions, ideally with exposure to the Americas
  • Track record of operating effectively in high ambiguity environments, driving progress before everything is fully defined
