Potential responsibilities:

• Contribute to process, maintenance or reliability activities, including operation support, optimization, modifications, and/or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support safe, reliable, and sustainable plant operations, with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Work closely with experienced engineers, operators, and/or cross‑functional teams on day‑to‑day operations and project work.
• Actively develop engineering knowledge and skills by applying fundamentals in day‑to‑day operational and project activities, supported by on‑the‑job training and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field with some practical experience.
• Proficient in English and knowledge of local language is an added advantage.
• Enthusiastic about tackling complex technical challenges, demonstrating open-mindedness, curiosity, and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
