We are looking for a highly motivated technical sourcer/recruiter who has proven experience in finding top-notch tech talent. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Partner, you will be dedicated to sourcing, evaluating, and providing candidates an opportunity and pursue an exciting career at SOTI India. You will be responsible for building the candidate pipeline to help SOTI continue its unrelenting growth trajectory.

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of local and international candidates for senior-level positions primarily in our software development organization.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions.
- Good interviewing, persuasive and probing skills and situation handling.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using a mix of traditional and creative methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and deliver high-quality candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking and headhunting.
- Execute creative, out of the box, sourcing strategies to uncover alternative candidate pools.
- Provide basic immigration process information and direction to foreign candidates.
- Build a strong brand in the market, proactively networking, cold calling, and “deep dive” into passive candidate networks through various markets and channels
- Partner with executives and managers to determine staffing needs and appropriate placement of candidates
- Develop strong partnering relationships with the Talent Partner team as well as the overall People & Culture team.
- Partake in local and global recruitment projects and events.
Experience You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of Sourcing/Recruitment experience, with specific success in PAN India candidate generation and sourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high sense of urgency, within a fast-paced environment
- The ability to understand and communicate technical elements and the requirements. You understand the nuances of different technology stacks and possess a strong ability to assess the technical skills of candidates.
- You are an independent thinker and can work with minimal supervision.
- Proven success in filling complex, technical roles and well versed understanding the hiring dynamic of Kochi market.
