Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized Talent Operations Coordinator to support the logistics behind our hiring process—from interview scheduling through onboarding.

This contract role is focused on coordination and candidate experience, ensuring every interview, communication, and onboarding step runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams, but this is an operations-focused role centered on execution, organization, and process.

While this role begins as a contract position, there is potential for longer-term opportunities based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones, supporting 2–4 recruiters

  • Manage candidate logistics from interview stage through offer and onboarding

  • Initiate and support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new hire experience

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and consistency

  • Track candidate movement and ensure timely communication and scheduling follow-ups

  • Support reporting and data tracking for the Talent Acquisition team

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to keep hiring processes organized and on track

  • Assist with coordination of hiring events and university recruiting logistics

  • Handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks that support the TA team

Required Skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills (calendars, logistics, timelines)

  • Comfortable working in systems and maintaining accurate data

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage repetitive processes with consistency and accuracy

Education & Experience

  • 1–3+ years of experience in coordination, scheduling, operations, or administrative support roles

  • Experience managing complex calendars or scheduling across multiple stakeholders

  • Experience working in systems (ATS, HR systems, or similar tools)

  • Workday experience preferred but not required
