Job Description
The Talent Lifecycle Technician I is responsible for provisioning, de-provisioning, and updating application access and physical hardware for onboarding, offboarding, and transferring employees. The technician’s priorities include ordering stock, handling equipment shipments and receipts, setting up or configuring new employee desks and workspaces, and providing or removing appropriate access based on defined employee standard packages.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Places asset orders in procurement systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Receives, prepares, and pre-configures new computer and device settings.
Packs and ships hardware, prints postage labels.
Responsible for the timely delivery of assets to customers.
Responsible for receiving, cleaning, restocking, and disposing of assets from customers.
Maintains excellent and accurate notes and asset tracking records.
Troubleshoots shipping exceptions and works directly with end users, customers, and suppliers to resolve conflicts and answer inquiries, maintaining excellent relations.
Monitors and responds to ticketing queues and email
Deskside and walk-up support, including workspace setup and removal

This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year).
