Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in shaping our talent journey!  We're seeking a highly organized and energetic Talent Experience Onboarding Specialist to enhance our interview and onboarding initiatives, ensuring a seamless and impactful transition for every new team member.

What You'll Do:

  • Enhance Candidate & New Hire Experience: Cultivate a positive and engaging experience for candidates and new hires, from initial contact through successful onboarding. Provide support, resources and guidance to help new team members integrate into the company culture.
  • Complex Interview Scheduling Expert: Act as the primary resource for all complex interview scheduling needs. Skillfully manage intricate interview schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency and candidate satisfaction by coordinating with multiple stakeholders across various time zones. This includes facilitating both onsite and virtual interview arrangements.
  • Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Oversee compliance activities (background checks, I-9 verification), meticulously document employee files, and maintain data integrity in HR systems. Monitor I-9 completion, conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and secure records per federal guidelines. Review completed background investigations (SSN trace, federal and county court info, credit checks). Conduct individualized assessments, including interviews, based on company policy and background findings.
  • Onboarding Subject Matter Expert: Act as a key resource and expert on all things onboarding, providing guidance, education, and support to internal teams, hiring managers and new hires.  Develop, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation for all onboarding activities and timelines, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HRBPs, Finance, and IT to streamline processes, build efficiencies, and align on talent strategies. Provide recommendations or suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; minimum of 2-3 years experience in Human Resources in a corporate setting, preferably in a Shared Services environment.  PHR is a plus!
  • Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
  • Experience working with HR systems (ATS like Greenhouse, HRIS like UltiPro/UKG) and a proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Calendars, Gmail) and video interviewing tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills, problem solving abilities, ability to prioritize and the ability to work independently with the understanding of when to escalate to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on timely and accurate responses.
  • Able to work in a high performance culture which includes fast pace, results oriented and accountable for their job responsibilities while maintaining poise under pressure.
  • Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and compliance activities with an acute eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex regulations.
