Why is this role important to Field Nation?
The Talent Delivery Specialist (TDS) plays a critical role within the Talent Delivery team, responsible for implementing talent recruitment strategies as designed by the Talent Advisor (TA) and/or Customer Success Executive (CSE). This role ensures that the "engine" of the program—the recruitment and talent vetting—is built to scale and performs perpetually at a high level. The TDS translates the TA/CSE’s client strategy into actionable workflows for the delivery team, ensuring complex coverage commitments are met. A proactive operational role, the TDS molds, monitors, and maintains talent pools and service territories with a critical eye, a pension for constant improvement, and an understanding of the field service technician. This role is part of the Bangladesh team and reports directly to the Manager, Talent Delivery.
