Vị trí Hỗ trợ Phát triển kinh doanh sẽ chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ cho đội ngũ Quản lý kinh doanh hoàn thành mục tiêu kinh doanh của Công ty giao.Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc
1. Cập nhật cơ cấu phân bổ nhân sự thông qua Memo theo hàng tháng hoặc khi có sự thay đổi.
2. Quản lý ngân sách của khu vực.
3. Kiểm tra lịch trình đăng ký đi công tác của đội ngũ Quản lý Kinh doanh trong khu vực trước khi Giám đốc Phát triển Kinh
doanh khu vực phê duyệt.
4. Kiểm tra danh sách cứu xét để trình lên cấp Quản lý phê duyệt. Chuyển danh sách cứu xét đã được phê duyệt đến các bên
liên quan để tiến hành quy trình cứu xét cho đội ngũ kinh doanh.
5. Lập báo cáo kinh doanh theo yêu cầu của các Giám đốc Kinh doanh khu vực.
6. Hỗ trợ các Trưởng vùng kinh doanh trong khu vực phụ trách tổ chức hội thảo, họp nhóm và các công việc hành chính khác.
7. Các nhiệm vụ/dự án khác được giao bởi các cấp Quản lý.
