We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Talent Consultant, OPENLANE University with experience supporting enterprise learning programs and contributing to a corporate university model. You will be part of the Talent Development & Readiness team responsible for delivering scalable, high-impact learning experiences aligned to business and workforce priorities.
You will be involved in learning program delivery, portfolio execution, and stakeholder partnership. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in organizational development, leadership development, and learning program execution. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in organizational development, learning & development, corporate universities and/or management consulting and leadership experience with multiple team members.

You Own:
Corporate University Program Delivery & Support – 30%
Support the design, launch, and delivery of Corporate University programs and academies, including leadership development offerings
Deliver and facilitate learning programs, including leadership development workshops and cohort-based experiences
Learning Program Execution & Facilitation – 30%
Execute assigned enterprise learning programs (e.g., leadership development, onboarding, functional academies, capability upskilling)
Coordinate program logistics, materials, and participant experience
Design ILT, vILT and scenario-based development programs, including e-learnings, Google slide decks, facilitator guides, participant guides, microlearnings and job aids/toolkits to support on-the-job application of content
Design and measure learning metrics for Kirkpatrick levels 1-3 to evaluate learning gain and behavior change on the job
Organizational Development & Stakeholder Partnership – 15%
Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational and capability needs, including leadership capability gaps
Translate business priorities into learning and organizational development solutions within established strategy and governance
Program Management & Coordination – 15%
Manage assigned initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate with internal and external facilitators, vendors, and learning partners
Measurement & Continuous Improvement – 10%
Track program metrics and support evaluation of learning effectiveness and outcomes, including leadership development impact
Use data and feedback to inform continuous improvement of learning programs
You Drive:

Deliver assigned learning programs on time and aligned to defined priorities
Resolve a wide range of learning and program-related issues using sound judgment and analysis
Apply data and feedback to improve program quality and effectiveness
Who You Will Work With:
Reporting to the Head of Talent Development and Readiness, this role will collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Management, HRIS, business leaders and external learning vendors on a regular basis.
Where You Work:
Your work is performed as a hybrid employee working out of the Carmel, IN headquarters.
Must Have’s:
5+ years of experience in organizational development, learning & development, talent development, or management consulting (3+ years of leadership experience with multiple direct reports preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
Experience supporting enterprise learning programs or corporate university initiatives, preferably using Google Sites and Workday Learning
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder partnership skills
Experience working independently with limited supervision in a complex, matrixed organization
Experience facilitating via Zoom using advanced interactive functionality
Nice to Have’s:
Experience working in a consulting or advisory capacity
Certification in OD, coaching, project management, or change management
Experience supporting learning programs across distributed or global workforces
Experience with Articulate 360, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Google Workspace and Google Analytics
