About the Role

In this role, you will be support our talent strategy in the US and Mexico markets, directly influencing our ability to scale the technical and non-technical teams that build our future. You won't just fill seats; you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, using an innovative sourcing approach to achieve long-term diversity and equity objectives in a truly global environment.

What You Will Do

  • Strategize with Talent Advisors and Hiring Leaders to develop role-specific recruitment plans and serve as a subject matter expert on the North American and LATAM talent markets.

  • Innovate your sourcing approach by leveraging diverse channels to find and engage top industry talent for key technical and non-technical profiles.

  • Champion a premium candidate experience that reflects Trimble’s values, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, proactive, and professional.

  • Lead comprehensive candidate screening and selection processes to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline for critical business needs.

  • Collaborate on global projects to experiment with new ways of attracting unique talent and optimizing the recruitment lifecycle.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Bilingual Expertise: Native or professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish is required to manage recruitment across the US and Mexico.

Recruitment Foundation: Proven experience or strong familiarity with talent attraction, sourcing, or recruitment advisor responsibilities.

Full-Cycle Capability: Ability to lead candidate screening and selection for a variety of technical engineering and non-technical positions.

Communication: A natural communicator with a proven talent for building relationships and managing hiring manager expectations across different cultures.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for advanced candidate sourcing and talent mapping.

Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise-level Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
