Location: Waukesha, WI 

Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in U.S.A. 

Reports to: HR Manager  

Wage range: Between $22-$24

Real World Responsibilities 

Potential intern projects and responsibilities include: 

  • Support high volume recruitment efforts for Production Team Members, Team Leaders, Group Leaders, and professional roles. 

  • Assist in conducting, coordinating, and delivering new-hire orientation for hourly and salaried new team members. 

  • Support continuous improvement of the new hire onboarding experience through research, best practice review, and content updates. 

  • Contribute to HR projects such as retention initiatives, team member engagement activities, process documentation, and data organization. 

  • Provide administrative and project support to the HR team as needed. 

 

Must Haves 

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Availability to work on site in Waukesha, WI. 

  • Strong interest in building a career in human resources. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Professional, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality. 

 

Nice to Haves 

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or other business tools. 

  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude. 

  • Expected graduation in 2027 or 2028 (or relevant graduation timeframe).
