About the role: Early Career Programs Specialist India will help to run the Morningstar Development Program and will also support Morningstar’s Career Center for early career employees. They will also act as the face of Early Career Programs for both Early Career Programs employees and managers within the assigned business.
Job responsibilities:
• Provide program support for MDP, ELP and HPP programs in India.
• Act as HR representative to high potential population through management of onboarding and upskilling, including career development.
* Enable development through MDP Academy and field visits for MDP, Quarterly learning initiatives for ECs and ELP workshops
• Work with talent acquisition team to ensure opportunities for MDP and ELP.
• Maintain consistency of talent movement for the program.
• Manage career programs such as Internship for assigned business teams
• Support career hub to all Early Career Talent for assigned business teams
• Collaborate closely with the Program Managers of Early Career Programs and Emerging leader programs of other countries
• Engage with our DEI team to ensure we are creating an inclusive and supportive environment for our most diverse talent to develop once they reach Morningstar
Qualifications: Bachelors in HR, Admin, Psychology and English
