We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our Culture, Onboarding & Engagement team. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and delivering our employee engagement and listening strategy, ensuring insight drives meaningful cultural and organisational impact. You will play a key role in evolving how we listen to and act on employee feedback, aligning engagement insights with business priorities and Talent & Culture initiatives.

 

What the Role Will Be Doing

  • Own and evolve our engagement and listening strategy, transitioning to a continuous, moments-based approach.
  • Lead and optimise our use of Peakon, acting as the subject-matter expert and driving best practice in insight generation and reporting.
  • Design pulse surveys aligned to employee lifecycle stages, key organisational moments, and annual rhythms.
  • Translate complex engagement data into clear, compelling insights and actionable recommendations for leaders and People Partners.
  • Lead engagement and culture-related projects, ensuring measurable outcomes and operational impact.
  • Build strong partnerships across People & Culture and act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, sharing expertise and raising capability across the team.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with the People & Culture ecosystem
  • Proven experience leading engagement and listening strategies within a complex organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful, business-focused insights.
  • Expertise in engagement platforms (experience with Peakon highly desirable).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and deliver impactful change.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for improving employee experience and organisational culture.
