We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing recruiting team as a Talent Advisor. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated all-star Talent Advisor to join our Distribution recruiting team. We build talent communities by uniting tried and true recruiting techniques with the latest in the market, to build and grow relationships for long-term engagement. You will have direct access to hiring managers while liaising to build strategies with our talented recruiting and sourcing teams. You must have the bold ability to sift through our internal applicant pool and help streamline the internal recruiting process.
Role Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for distribution roles
Partner deeply and influence cross-functional team members within the. recruiting process
Handle the entire hiring process from initial phone screen to offer acceptance
Participating on the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and performing recruiting programs and plans to fill current openings and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of people
Learning the profiles within your supported Talent Communities, so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities
Partner with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting process
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — pushing back, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing market intelligence that sharpens decision-making
Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to run an efficient, high-touch candidate experience
Pipelining exceptional candidates for future opportunities at Salesforce
Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy, pipeline health reviews, and competitive talent intelligence initiatives
Basic Requirements
10+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for Sales/Distribution roles
Demonstrable track record of excellent customer service
Ability to establish relationships by phone and in person with top tier talent and key stakeholders
Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
Desire to act as an internal employee career consultant
Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Shining track record of success in a fast pace, totally frenetic environment
Improve the imperfect. If you bump into something that is broken, you love to fix it
Experience partnering and influencing Senior level Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
Proven understanding of ATS tools and technologies
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
