Position is 100% remote within United States. Prefer Central or Eastern time zone.
Position Purpose: Attract high quality talent needed to continue to deliver exceptional healthcare and ensure Centene’s position as a major health innovator. Provide all stakeholders with a highly engaging talent attraction experience using business acumen, insightful data, and best-in-class tools.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment. Considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting, staffing and onboarding. Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, as well as Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with CRM and HRIS systems is preferred. Experience in large-scale and/or healthcare organizations preferred. Strongly prefer technical recruiting experience.
Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
