We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide HR services with a human touch, whilst supporting recruitment for retail and office positions across Swarovski locations.  

This is your chance to collaborate with other (HR) teams as One HR, as well as  with Hiring Managers, to ensure an excellent candidate experience and support  Swarovski’s continued success by recruiting the best talent to our open roles.

About the job

  • Deliver fast, responsive and high-quality HR services to HR communities, managers and candidates (internal and external), oversees accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders answering to inquiries, accurate and on time.
  • Support Hiring Managers with the initiation of the recruitment process as per need and provide guidance.​
  • Prepare and publish job postings based on a detailed understanding of the position requirements and implement recruitment strategy as per the first briefing conversation with the HM.​
  • Screen and create longlists/shortlist of candidates, proactively monitors pipeline of candidates and propose measures to increase quantity, improve quality and apply sourcing strategy where required as per recruitment strategy aligned during the recruitment briefing with HM.​
  • Organize and ensure testing of candidates such as onsite case studies, online tests, participation in assessments, background checks etc.​
  • Provide feedback to HM about interviews as well as about test results (as applicable) and consults on decision making.​
  • Create offer to candidates and negotiate based on guidelines and by aligning with HM, HR Operations Local and/or compensation specialists as applicable. ​
  • Actively maintain regular contact with candidates and hiring managers during the process and ensures timely feedback.​
  • Maintain people data quality in HR systems related to Talent Acquisition processes.​

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • 0 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Team orientation and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of Workday or ServiceNow would be an asset
  • Additional fluency in European languages  is  welcome
