Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting a fast-paced, product-based organization with global hiring requirements. The role offers strong exposure to international hiring, stakeholder management, and scalable TA processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and building hiring excellence in a product-driven, global setup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, timelines, and role expectations

  • Drive international hiring across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with local compliance and hiring practices

  • Own the recruitment lifecycle including:

    • Job postings

    • Candidate sourcing and screening

    • Interview coordination and feedback follow-ups

    • Offer rollouts and candidate closure

  • Ensure strict adherence to TA processes, documentation, and hiring SLAs

  • Maintain accurate hiring data and dashboards for reporting and decision-making

  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through timely communication and transparency

  • Work collaboratively with HR, Business, and Leadership teams in a product-based environment

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

  • Structured, process-oriented, and detail-focused approach

  • Comfortable handling multiple roles simultaneously

  • Exposure to or interest in international hiring is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Experience in product-based companies or SaaS environments is preferred

  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics
