Position Summary

We are looking for the qualified professionals to join our newly established in-house Talent Acquisition team in APAC. Our mission is to bring the right skills into the organization quickly.

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Ferring, you will be responsible for running the talent acquisition process from intake meeting to offer acceptance, bringing high-caliber professionals in to fill various positions within our organization. Your scope focuses primarily on talent assessment and selection including sourcing & scheduling tasks.

You may handle the end-to-end recruitment activities across Greater China Region in upcoming 6-month and potentially to involved other countries recruitment in APAC, partnering closely with local leadership and HR to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in line with business priorities.

This role plays a critical part in shaping Ferring’s employer brand locally, strengthening hiring capabilities, and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and candidate-centric recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers, and cross functional partners to understand

their recruitment needs, job requirements, and suggest effective recruitment strategies.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Run the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake meeting to

offer acceptance.

• Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job

boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and engage with qualified

candidates. Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to

evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.

• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to advise on

competitive compensation packages and recruitment strategies.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and organized records of recruitment activities.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new

hires into the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of recruitment experience, with previous recruitment agency and/or life sciences industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Workday or a similar ATS/HRIS is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong tendency towards action, sense of urgency and project focus.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with on-site team members.
  • Fluent in English, Korean speaking would be a strong advantage.
