Position Summary
We are looking for the qualified professionals to join our newly established in-house Talent Acquisition team in APAC. Our mission is to bring the right skills into the organization quickly.
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Ferring, you will be responsible for running the talent acquisition process from intake meeting to offer acceptance, bringing high-caliber professionals in to fill various positions within our organization. Your scope focuses primarily on talent assessment and selection including sourcing & scheduling tasks.
You may handle the end-to-end recruitment activities across Greater China Region in upcoming 6-month and potentially to involved other countries recruitment in APAC, partnering closely with local leadership and HR to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in line with business priorities.
This role plays a critical part in shaping Ferring’s employer brand locally, strengthening hiring capabilities, and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and candidate-centric recruitment experience.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Run the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake meeting to

• Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job

candidates. Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to
evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to advise on
competitive compensation packages and recruitment strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and organized records of recruitment activities.
