Role
This role reports to the
U.K.-based Head of Global Human Resources and serves as the senior HR lead for U.K. operations, joining a global team. The position oversees all aspects of HR for U.K. employees, including organizational design, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
The Associate Director, Human Resources, collaborates closely with global HR counterparts and business leaders to deliver programs that support Star’s culture, growth, and people strategy. This role offers the opportunity to shape U.K. people practices while benefiting from mentorship and partnership within a collaborative, high-growth, private equity–owned technology environment.
