Talent Acquisition Partner - Support Centre

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA team on a 15 month Fixed Term contract and help us continue to shape the future of beauty - not just through our products and stores, but through the incredible talent that powers our Support Centre.

The Role You Could Play

In this role, you will partner with leaders and teams across our Support Centre to find, attract, and select extraordinary people. Just like curating the perfect beauty wardrobe, you’ll craft tailored sourcing strategies and thoughtfully match the right talent to the right roles.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse portfolio of corporate functions, ensuring we engage and hire top talent that helps our business shine. Day to Day responsibilities include:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment - Owning the process from brief to offer including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding offer decisions with confidence and care.

• Strategic Talent Partnering - Working closely with hiring leaders to understand their needs, shape smart hiring strategies, and provide sharp workforce and market insights.

• Candidate Experience - Delivering a seamless, inclusive, and engaging experience. Championing our brand and values at every touchpoint and ensuring every candidate feels seen, supported, and excited.

• Data-Driven Influence - Using recruitment data and insights to enhance processes, report on progress, and influence hiring decisions that elevate both performance and culture.

• Continuous Improvement - Spotting opportunities to refine our tools, systems, and ways of working. Helping us continue to evolve and deliver best-in-class talent experiences.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment up to “head of” level, within retail, beauty or a fast-paced consumer environment. Experience across Digital and Ecommerce experience would be a plus!
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, matched with excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
• A talent for multitasking, prioritising, and staying grounded and agile in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms, with bonus points for Workday, and confidence using modern sourcing tools.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for people, culture, and crafting exceptional experiences.
