Te Tūranga – About the role

Due to internal moves within the team, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support multiple business units (IT, Commercial Operations and our National teams) with a strong focus on partnering with to deliver niche IT hiring.

You’ll support end-to-end recruitment and proactive sourcing, partnering closely with hiring leaders to shape role briefs, advise on the market, and build sustainable talent pipelines.

•    Build niche IT pipelines: Identify, engage and nurture technical talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
•    Use market insight: Bring talent market data, mapping and trends to inform role briefs, search strategies and hiring decisions.
•    Design technical sourcing approaches: Use targeted search techniques, communities, referrals and campaigns to build diverse shortlists and improve time-to-hire for specialist roles.
•    Partner with leaders: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, provide clear advice, and keep hiring moving with great candidate and hiring manager experiences.
•    Support inclusion: Recruit in a way that reflects the communities we serve, with fair, consistent processes and strong attention to candidate care.
