Coaching leaders through performance, behaviour, and tough conversations
Driving return-to-work outcomes that balance care and commercial reality
Acting as a trusted advisor—not just answering questions, but shaping decisions
Supporting change that sticks, not just change that sounds good on paper
Elevating the employee experience in ways that actually matter
You won’t be doing it alone, you`ll work collaboratively with the wider People Team and have the chance to build strong working relationships along the way!
Who You Are
You’ve spent a few years in a People/HR partnering role and know your way around complex environments
You’re comfortable with grey areas—and confident making calls when things aren’t black and white
You don’t shy away from difficult conversations—you lean into them
You balance people and performance without losing sight of either
You’re curious, commercial, and always looking for better ways of doing things
